We take the wellbeing of our team seriously and we therefore encourage everyone to work within their scheduled working hours. It is easy to work additional hours whilst being self-employed, however, this can result in an unhealthy work-life balance. We aim to respond to emails within 5 working days (Monday-Friday). Our office hours are between 9am and 5pm, but please note that many hours of our week are spent with clients meaning we are often unable to pick up any incoming calls. If you would like a phone call, then please state in your contact form so that this can be arranged. Please try to prioritise emails over texting, especially for bookings.

Please note that our behaviour consultations operate on veterinary referral only. We will not see your animal unless you have a signed referral form from your vets and their full medical history. For a referral form, please contact us.
